My employer violated ADA, what is my next step?

I have screen shots of company policy making it clear they intend reject sick days for people with disabilities and fire them after 3 missed days. I live in MA. I am disabled and afraid of losing my job. Where should I reach for a consultation? I don't have any money to pay upfromt
