My (F50) Co-Worker recently started to boss everyone around work telling us what to do and how to do our job, most of us ignore my (F50) Co-Worker and keep doing what we do and the job gets done at the end of the day.
(I've been doing this job for 2 years)(we work in a distribution center)
Recently….
The problem started when (F50) Co-Worker started criticising other co-workers instead of helping solve whatever issue is going on when there is one, and when she does help she makes sure my supervisor (F 40) is around to congratulate her for such good job….
This are her functions:
seats behind a desk and computer next to a walkie talkie awaiting for co-workers to call for her help regarding a location within the warehouse.
She relocates products that are not supposed to be in certain locations
She fills up empty locations with more products
( whatever she does after or before that it really doesn't matter because it has nothing to do with us)
This are our functions:
We have a walkie talkie to maintain contact with our Supervisors, F50 Co-Worker , Maintenance and Quality Control
If our sorter type machine stops working we have to have contact with our supervisor and/or maintenance,
if something looks odd about the product that we have to pick/select then we call our Supervisor and/or Quality Control
If the location we are working on has more or less material than the system says then we have contact Quality Control
If we need to figure out why a location is empty or has diferent material than the system says we contact (F50) Co-Worker..
That's literally it..but recently she started doing more than that.
If you're not where you're suppose to be at an exact time then she tells.
If you take longer than 5 mins in the restroom she runs and tells.
If you have a question ment for a supervisor that's specific to them she'll abruptly cut the conversation (walkie talkie) you have with set supervisor and answer you in the most condescending way.
several co-workers have said something about it, to my supervisor and HR but nothing at all is done.( at least that's what it looks like)
Now since we started speaking up about her attitude and the fact that shes just another person like us and yet we're been bossed around like this, things got worst. Her bossaround ego/attitude increased because set Co-Worker now tells us what to do while my supervisor is… well NOT SUPERVISING..
So before i do and or say something stupid how should I/we approach this situation do i have any ground to stand on???

Yes they both Females (Co-Worker and Supervisor)
She never acted like this when my Supervisors were all Males…go figure.
We all love what we do and had no problems untill Co-worker and Supervisor discover eachother and even though for most people this job is temporary…. it doesn't have to be this stressing nor has it ever been… till they came around.
