I’m so tired of my family being upset with me because I don’t like my job. I just graduated college and moved out in my own. I started this job but the manager has found a new way to criticize me every day. None of the other employees like her and on top of that the company is struggling to even remain open.
My family tells me to just tough it out. I’ve only worked there six months and am already looking for a new job. They’re so mad. I don’t care. At what point is it okay to leave your job after being bullied by management for so long?
Oh and on another note as I’ve been searching for new jobs I’ve found my job listed on indeed so I personally believe they’re already planning to push me out but can’t find anyone who wants to work for them. That’s just me though.
