My Fiance Needs A Pep Talk Before She Meets With Her Manager

My fiance told her manager a month ago that she wanted to move internally to a different team. Her manager clearly did not support her desire to move but fortunately didn't do anything to prevent her from talking to the other team. She took it upon herself to get in touch with the other internal team and has been interviewing with them over the past month. Keep in mind her current manager has no idea that she's been interviewing internally. So she recently found out that she got the internal role but now she has to let her manager know. Her main concern is that her manager will make her feel guilty for leaving the team or make her transition to the other team really difficult.
