My full time job might be making me part time or casual (Australia)

I work at a internationally known fast food company and have done for the last almost 6 years. I have a full time contract to work 40 hours a week with 5 shifts. Recently I did have an issue with a customer which my boss texted me about asking me to explain, but that’s the only issue that comes to mind that would result in a punishment. Yesterday one of the workers lost their airpods and usually when a crew loses an item that’s worth a bit it gets placed in the pigeon hole of the manager that finds it. I then looked briefly at all the pigeon holes and noticed in my supervisors pigeon hole that a duplicate of this months and next months roster was printed out, and 5 of the remaining 10 shifts for this month, and 10 of next months 20 shifts are all crossed out. Tomorrow my boss and I have 2 hours that overlap and I feel like he might call me into a meeting.

What are my rights? Can they suddenly just change my contractually agreed work hours?
