My job asked me to sign a dispute resolution agreement, should I?

I got an email asking me to sign a dispute resolution agreement. I've been googling information on them and it seems there are pros and cons to it. I work for a national assembly company that assembles things for major retailers like Walmart and Lowe's. I am paid by the piece and there are things my company does that do seem illegal at times and I don't want to hurt my ability to sue should the need arise. We have different regional managers it seems every few months and depending on who is currently my boss there are differing opinions on what I can and can't charge for towards my piece rate despite what the companies stated sop says. I just feel like this company is a class action waiting to happen and don't want to agree to arbitration if it's not in my best interests.
