I work for an office job that has suddenly decided to start forcing all the employees to come into the office 3 days or more a week, no exceptions.
They are being very rigid with this and seems like a hill they want to die on.
I have a medical certificate due to medical ailments from my doctor that recommends and requests I work from home.
My work is suggesting I ignore it and come in given they make some ergonomic changes.
Is it legal for them to tell me / make me ignore my medical certificate?
Im already looking for other work but it would be easier to stay in the short term.
Seems like lots of businesses are moving from WFH to Hybrid or all days in the week. How Horrible.
