My job just put up an ad hiring for the same position I’m in but with a base salary 25% higher than mine. What are my options?

Title is fairly self explanatory. I'm currently making around $70k/yr in a customer-facing account management position at a company with roughly 300 employees. I started working late 2021. In January of this year, I got a ~2.5% raise after receiving a 3.8/5 Performance review, which was a bit disappointing but “understandable” given the economic climate and it being my first year. Our company isn't necessarily recording record profits but we're not in the shitter, either. This was my first raise in this role. I've helped attend events with sales, I've helped develop new outreach methods for my team, and I've consistently improved my performance quarter over quarter – among other accomplishments. Currently, I have the largest Dedicated Book of Business at approximately $1.8 million in annual recurring revenue (next three are 1.7m, 1.5m, and 980k). This past quarter, I was #1 for our most important metric, combined churn and growth,…

This past quarter, I was #1 for our most important metric, combined churn and growth, AKA Net Churn, at approximately 5.2% growth and 0.4% churn (-4.8% net churn). The runner-up was at -4.1% net churn.

Yes, I make bonuses, and last year I made about $8,000 in bonus compensation based on quarterly performance (~11% of base pay).

All backstory said and done – I was reviewing the company's page on Linkedin and noticed a job listing for the same position I'm in at ~25% more for base pay ($86k – $90k advertised). There was no advertised salary when I joined the company.

What options do I have to respond? Is there a way I can ask to be brought up to this new advertised salary without coming across as outright rude? I'm open to any and all suggestions.

TL;DR – I'm a high performing employee and my company just listed a new ad for the position I'm in at a 25% higher base salary. Help!
