My manager is overworking me (a minor)

In my state, minors can’t work after 7 pm and can’t work more than 40 hours per week. Also, part time in my state is also considered to be under 30 hours. I am not getting paid extra for working overtime. I also did not choose to work overtime. My workplace is making me leave at 12 am and 1 am every week. I can’t legally drive at those hours and they usually make me stay even after 1 am to close. I don’t feel comfortable doing that, but my manager should be aware that I can’t work in those conditions. They are making me work 35 hours in 4 days even though I’ve mentioned I can’t work that much. Once I got hired I explained my circumstances but they started overworking me bc we are understaffed. I will definitely quit. I almost feel like this is illegal but Idk.…

Edit:
I’d like to add that we can’t always take 30 min breaks even if you work more than 6 hours bc of the amount of customers we have. There are also 3 people working at the store even though we have more than 10 workers. By the way, there tend to be concerts nearby and we aren’t always properly staffed, so it’s literally 3 people working with 60+ people in an hour. Although we get paid fairly well, these conditions are over the top. I applied to a couple more jobs. I don’t even want to put in my two weeks and just quit and never go back. I love my coworkers but it’s just really hard to manage all this. Also, I have a chronic illness and I have let my higher ups know. It’s so awful. I feel mean leaving an already understaffed place and not putting my two weeks in, but I just can’t do this anymore. Im not in need of money so it’s not really necessary to stay but I’m going to start college next year and obviously need money to buy textbooks and so on.
