Manager (let's call this person M) nagged and nagged last week and again this week. About time sheet. M doesn't like overtime. I get it. I don't like it too but when something needs to get done, I get it done because I know 900 people needs it. If I could put in an extra hour or two to get it done well I will because I have pride in my work.
Nope. M likes me to do my hours like how it's stated on the pre-populated time sheet.
After M nagged so much, I just don't feel like doing any work. In fact, I am taking double the time required to do anything now.
They all can patiently wait.
