So my manager and line manager work from home a lot of the time. Yet me and my coworker (we are a small team) are expected to be in the office every single day. She’s never even mentioned WFH to us. All I want is a couple of days working remotely. Me and my coworker are capable of working from home. So why does my manager get to do it and we can’t ??? so frustrating having to drive in to the office 5 days a week, when I can do the exact same work from home.
