My other half is getting stressed out because she has “too much work to do”

I'm fed up of having to explain to her that her company has too much work to do and they're under resourcing her team to get it done. Companies have no idea how much damage they cause to mental health and relationships. Or they do and they don't care. To clarify, I'm not fed up with her, I'm fed up with society. And I'm also UK based where we have far better employment protections that the majority of this sub. She's so close to finishing her course that will qualify her and entitle her to so much more money elsewhere, but their workload is really making life difficult for her. Any tips for me to be encouring for this final push of say 6 months tops (hopefully). I want her to leave that shit hole behind but not have to start from the beginning again somewhere else.
