My partner received this ‘Heirarchy’ from her employer.

This pyramid chart is entitled 'Heigharchy' and was sent in an email to all staff at a cafe my partner was working at recently. There were some disagreements between staff and this was the answer management had. All the full time staff names are listed. Apparently the part time and casual staff weren't worth including by name. Most staff were hired based on appearance, were all female and dealt with strict uniform rules re: skirts not being too long. Were also paid the minimum hospitality wage. During a staff meeting, the manager, and daughter of the owner, made sure the staff knew “so many people in town name would love to work here, you're easily replaceable”. Tier 1 & 2 remain essentially the same, but most staff below tier 2 have since quit.
