Yep. She's been quietly putting together a presentation as to why she deserves a raise. She's been at the company for 4 years and has only gotten a salary increase of $58.
During this time she has gotten certification in two important areas of her field and trained the only two people who have been hired since she started. She's the only one who had to come back to the office after covid. The “elders” of the company all work from home still.
I told her this is the reddest of flags. She agreed.
