My Thanksgiving/Christmas “bonus”

First post here. I work at a local grocery store in the butcher shop/bbq section. I’ve been working there for about 6 months now. Because I am going to college at the moment I can only work part time but I still manage 21 hours a week (3 days a week 7 hour shifts) plus a bit of overtime here and there when I can manage it. I get paid $12 an hour so I was very much looking forward to some extra cash. When I arrived at work today I was called into my managers office and was given my bonus. Sweet! It was $20 to the store. Not sweet. As someone who deals with coworkers who slack off and customers who either don’t know what they want or what they’re looking for, I was pretty disappointed. I know the store has money because it’s a chain and the fact that my department has been running a killer deal on wings and our store has sold the most. I’m now thinking about quitting bc all I do is work my ass off and this is their way of thanking me.
