Hi everyone, my wife works in a fortune 500 company in sales and recently she was assigned a new manager who is an extreme micro manager and actively cursing people out on calls and on 1 on 1s. His method of leadership is by “tough love” and demeaning people. Your hard work is never enough. Fast forward, my wife reported him to HR due to his vulgar language and having a really negative sentiment around him and actively throwing jabs at people such as “if we had a better inside sales team then we would have proper pipeline and could get our numbers, but they have been terrible” when those same people are on the call listening in. She emailed the director of sales who is one step above her manager and hr team members.
