Due to budget cuts. They've put many of us on performance reviews. Each week they nitpick little issues. A breakdown in communication has led to a poor working atmosphere and mistakes. My manager has delegated all of this to his second in command while he ignores the issue and us.
I feel I'll be out of a job in a few weeks. They keep picking issues which I'm not even responsible for. And using it to highlight poor performances. The problem is they've only put the newer staff who are also all full time on this while the part time staff who have been there longer and are closer to management are not on it.
