My work place has a time clock system where we have to punch in every day when we arrive work and punch in again when we get off work. If we get to work late for 5 minutes, we then have to stay back 5 more minutes after work. The thing is, when we work over time our bosses doesn’t give us any compensation. Is this a common thing or my jobs sucks?
