My workmates are scabs…

So…I’ve been taking part, through striking, in the current rail dispute in the U.K. I would say around 25-30% of the people that currently work at my location are also striking with me. This leaves the vast majority of people as strike breakers and scabs. Some of these strike breakers I would also class as good work mates. These people see nothing ultimately wrong with strike breaking, some even work overtime to cover the shifts of those going out on strike. Am I taking a narrow minded view or am I right in my opinion that these work relationships are broken forever!? I struggle to find any words to say when I come across them anymore, I have no interest in any conversation. I genuinely view them as traitors. The problem is, I am stuck with these people for now. I still have to stay professional. How do I over…

The problem is, I am stuck with these people for now. I still have to stay professional. How do I over come this? Everyday at work is feeling more and more depressing.
