So i got a new job recently and was given my employee code on a little sticky note. I was told it was the code to login into an app we use to check and document how are residents are doing. So I’ve got no idea when im working and i ask one of my colleges who emails me my shift okay cool. This morning i knocked on the hr lady’s office no answer.
I asked someone if hr was in they said yes and opened the door for me. Hr lady was in there the whole time and just ignored the knock. I ask hr how do i check my shifts? She gets all fucking shitty and says i told you download the app on your phone? I said but i dont have my employee code…. She says omg that sticky note i gave you has it. I said thats for the care app we use to login on the work ipads to document stuff for our residents.
She says no thats for the employee app too to check your shifts didn’t you remember that?! Turns out that code is used for both apps to check our upcoming shifts and to also login to the caring app. I don’t know im pissed off what a fucking bitch. If they don’t want to show me how to check my upcoming shifts i wont just fucking come into work then lol. I haven’t been shown anything on the floor too and just been watching other people and learning from them.
