I've been employed at a tech repair business for 3 months now. Business has been very slow the past two weeks and I've been informed by my boss “If sales don't pick up soon, we have to make cuts.” Which means I'm getting fired if we can't make more money.
My wife is pregnant and I'm the only income so I can't afford to lose my job again under unfair circumstances. He wants new ideas for how we can make more money and it's only 3 of us total between two stores.

Normal repairs on all tech devices
Selling phone cases
Selling phones, tablets, and accessories
Selling screen protectors
Partnering with other businesses to give discounts.
Creating flyers and ads to generate foot traffic
What else can we do?
