And just making me not want to even go at all. But I really need a full time job and TECHNICALLY this would be a great job for me. It's only a 20 min walk from my house and it pays £23,400 which is more than I've ever made before.
I would be working for an gas/electric provider company. The role is “field support specialist”. I'm not 100% sure but I think it involves data entry & answering customer calls.
I'm already stressed enough cause I've never had a job like this where you actually have to KNOW a lot. And I don't know anything about energy or data and don't feel like I'm very good with numbers, but they did say I'd get trained.
I had a phone call with someone yesterday and they said I needed to come in tomorrow for a group thing + an interview. Idk what exactly, but they wrote in an email afterwards, “There will be an introduction into us and the role and (company name), a fact checker competency task and a 1-2-1 interview”.
She sent me a couple links of information about the company and all that. One thing I know about them is they're very into the environment.
I'm just so stressed. I don't know what I'm supposed to know or say. I just feel like I'm gonna get asked something and not know the right answer or the right thing to say and then look stupid/awkward.
