I recently got a call for an opportunity, but I want to stay. I want to stay but I want to make what my peer (same title and responsibilities) makes. He's a boomer, so I wanted suggestions on how to approach this topic (if he was a millennial like me I'd just ask). I'm open to ideas! TL;DR – Need to ask boomer peer his salary for comparison.
