one thing that I learned in the workplace is to never get too comfortable with your co workers. No matter how nice and cool they are with you, keep in mind they are NOT your friends. Being too comfortable will lead you to become complacent and next thing you know your manager will noticed this and sooner or later you'll end up getting fired like I have.
