Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake

If someone you dislike at work (boss, coworker) is about to make a mistake, let them do it. The satisfaction of watching them mess up is usually greater than that of you fixing it and playing the hero. Not only will they learn from it (as opposed to you having to teach them), but also others will see they’re an idiot. They may also be reprimanded by your higher ups.
