Tyrannical as a tyrant's wet dream, purely exploitative, outrageous duties for no additional pay, abusive in all respects, owners proven wrong yet always “right”, invading your personal boundaries daily (terrible for mental health), regular guilt trips, far too much interpersonal exposure in a bad way.
In my experience, all tyrannical small business owners have been awful scorched earth assholes. No amount of money can compensate the barefaced abuse and hypocritical BS, especially verbal abuse gutting your self-esteem.
It's like the worst relationship you ever had, except in business and the breakup is always so ugly. Never again.
