My boss is kind of an airhead. I work at a small independently owned business, the boss literally has a full time job and then owns a business on the side. Within the past 5 payrolls, I’ve had to remind him to run payroll 3 times, and I’m coming up on a fourth time.
Quitting isn’t an option for me at this time — I am beyond frustrated. How do I politely say “This is insane. Get your head out of your goddamn ass and run your business and do your job.” Like, how do you remind someone for the FOURTH TIME to run payroll.
I’m getting screwed financially every-time he forgets because I live paycheck to paycheck.
