This subreddit used to be a good place to debate and talk about how to improve your workplace or exit a toxic workplace. It was awesome and helped me improve life for me and my workers. All thanks to this subreddit.
But now it is filled with hatred and disgust against any rich person in the world, who has a different opinion than us. I am not talking pro-capitalism, but overall regarding workplace environment.
It saddens me to see this decline of the subreddit, and I wish it would turn back to the good old days with fun debates and how to improve workplaces.
I know there are sometimes posts that spark these debates and other posts which ask for advice. This is how the sub should be, not filled with hate.
