Our old boss is retiring soon, and the supervisor is taking over his spot. I noticed when he talks to me, he has a snotty tone. And in email and in front of others. I am in a male dominant job , and I noticed he's nice and sweet to his boys. I heard nothing but bad things about him, and my first day with him put a bad taste in my mouth if this is the future. It's got me spiraling just a little. It's just his tone.
Do I bring it up? Do I say this is making me feel really not good about the future? I don't want to look for another job, as I really like this and the trajectory of it.
