I just got a job as a manager and this will be my first time in the position . I hate work as much as the rest of us here but gotta make money .
I don’t plan on being anything like some of the managers I’ve had in the past and have some good reference points on what makes a good manager .
What I really wanted to know from you guys, what good experiences have you had with management ? How can I make work not miserable for everyone ? I want the best for my crew and am looking to prop everyone up instead of putting them down . How have your managers supported you in the past that really made them stand out ?
Just want to hear some insight from everyone here and make work for my team as least painful as possible !
