I am a recruiter, not super well paid, but decent. Got the support of my two bosses. No micromanaging, full flexible working hours, 100% WFH.
So I am genuinely happy.
During this week I was approached and saw my self in a 2nd round interview with another company who know me well. I lied and said I get paid 5k more than I do per month, they will need to give me a raise for me to move. Thing is I got the feeling they will give me an offer, and I really don’t know what to do.
1/ stay where I am, I am kinda my own boss and successful
2/ move and get a higher pay, same conditions for WFH, probably a bit more KPI controlled
