I blacked out the employer because I will 100% be going after them, and gotta cover my bases. The training program was a joke, and I saw a LOT of health code violations over the many grueling hours I worked. Anti-work, give me your strength to go smoke these clowns. BTW, this is a medium franchise /corporate restaurant doing around $300 net per year.
