New work policy on calling in/No shows

The paper we received from management about this is down below We have been having a lot of issues with people calling out/not showing up. This week alone we are down 130 hours. It's only Wednesday… Maybe we have been too easy-going and that is management's fault. Going forward if you no call no show you will be written up with a final warning. Everyone has signed the cellphone policy so stay off your phones unless it is an emergency. We have also had a problem with people taking breaks. You do not deserve a break 20 minutes into your shift or 20 smoke breaks in your four-hour shift.
