No one wanted to fight for a bigger raise

I'm in a Union at my work and we just went through negotiations for a new CBA. Before bargaining even began, everyone seemed hyped up to try and get the best deal we possibly could. After months of waiting with bated breath, we got the deal. It was terrible and low, considering inflation. Please help me deal with this mentally, because I feel completely jaded now and destroyed mentally. I'm struggling financially and the thought that my co-workers didn't want to fight for each other is an awful feeling. Or, am I being crazy and should just accept that majority rules and move on?
