Now that indeed allows employment seekers to see their test results and grading I am even more annoyed that I do not get request for interviews…
No one wants to work!? I have applied for over 40 jobs and had one interview. I can see that I am an “expert” and “proficient” or “reliable” in all the fields I apply for.
My husband says it’s because I’m overqualified, but I wouldn’t be applying for a job if I didn’t need to make money and work somewhere!
What is this about!? Thoughts?
