Context: at the yearly Christmas party for our residents I was threatened by a coworker for reporting his behavior (sexual harassment to both myself and another coworker) to our supervisor. This morning I learn that he has been put “on a couple days leave” and that “we will try to limit your interactions with him”. So the guy threatens me in front of our supervisor and he gets no punishment.
