Long story short: I signed a non compete three years ago at the beginning of employment. We now are slow and money is getting tight. Was offered a job elsewhere with similar work however someone else mentioned leaving. Now my company is threatening noncompete on us. I’m so frustrated since I don’t even have access to documents my company uses for work. If I can’t take this new job due to non compete I’m fucked. I don’t know what to do. I’m scared that if I take the new job they’ll pull that out on us and won’t let me come back. If I stay I don’t think we’ll have any work. What should I doooo
