Posting a question for a friend. She started a new job, the job said they pay every week on the same day. Since starting they have neglected to pay her 2 different times and it’s caused her to be overdrawn multiple times then got late fees. So instead of being paid on time per the paperwork she filled out, she’s only getting paid every two weeks essentially. (Not constantly, just sometimes)
Is there anything that can be done legally? Like we’re in America, sh*t is paycheck to paycheck as you all know and this is costing her hundreds of dollars in late fees and over draft fees a month.
