I just don't understand how people can go from one day saying, “We're tight on money everyone. No overtime for anyone for a while. We will send you home if you're getting close.” To the next day saying, ” If you're a lead, supervisor, manager, or above, guess what….. You guys are all getting raises!!!” There's definitely more to this situation but, this particular event stuck with me.
