Not sure how to write a Glassdoor for a previous employer

What's up, AW? Just over a month ago I changed jobs. My old one rescinded my WFH and, even with a PT job in the evenings, didn't pay enough for me afford the drive to/from work along with client visits. My new job pays 20% more and I get a company vehicle to drive to/from work and to visit clients. Win win win! One thing that really stung was that the 90 hours of PTO I'd accrued didn't get paid out. I followed up with HR and apparently it's just their policy to not do that. Since I'm pretty settled in to my new role and doing well I figured it's time to post a workplace review. One thing I wanted to mention was how they discourage using PTO at all, in addition to only rolling over 40 hours every year and not allowing buyback or payout. I left them…

Since I'm pretty settled in to my new role and doing well I figured it's time to post a workplace review. One thing I wanted to mention was how they discourage using PTO at all, in addition to only rolling over 40 hours every year and not allowing buyback or payout. I left them on good terms and figured it wouldn't hurt to have some good will with them. I realize that GD is essentially anonymous but it wouldn't be hard to connect the dots either.

Should I be honest and possibly burn a bridge or just keep it to myself?
