My boss has been giving me ways to improve lately typing out emails about it and a meeting. In the same breath she said that I’m a hard worker and values me as an employee. I’ve been taking her improvements and asking her a lot of questions. I’ve only been here 6 months. I really am giving it my all but I feel burnt out. 2 people quite and instead of replacing them she gave me more responsibilities after that I feel burnt out. And I know I’ve been making small mistakes here and there but they are easily fixable. Honestly I have a hard time getting up in the morning and I work my ass off I don’t think I can give more to the company without feeling dead inside. She said she isn’t giving me raise but before she gave me more responsibility I busted my ass and she was impressed. Then when she gave me more as a result of my hard work and then no raise. My motivation died. Honestly my past bosses have been way worse than her though and I need this job to pay the bills. Today I found my job posted on indeed. I can’t tell if she’s replacing me or the people that quite. Don’t know if I should be looking for a new job but I’m really tired.
