Not valued for rushing a project

I’m a developer (I work in a niche field so don’t want to specify on here) and I was given a project on the 28th April where the customer and my manager stressed that I needed to get it done by the 10th May (7 working days) I fully focused on it and even spent 12 hours on bank holiday Monday and I managed to get it done. I was so proud of myself. On Tuesday 10th, I message the customer and copy in manager with my test plan asking them to review and to discuss further testing/ soft go live and get no reply. Well I come back to work this week after my holiday, and there are still no emails. However, my manager and the project manager are patting each other on the back on LinkedIn saying the project is Live (it’s not) and how brilliant they are with loads of comments congratulating them.

I didn’t get any thanks for my work, even when I told them 7 days is extremely pushing it, they didn’t even reply to my emails about the project.

Between this and the fact that I arranged a leaving card for two developers in my team before I went on holiday (the managers hadn’t even thought to do anything for them). Something in me just switched and I’ve totally checked out of my job. I love being a developer but honestly lesson learnt, I’m just doing the minimum and logging off as soon as I’ve done my hours.

I just feel stupid for it taking me so long to realise.
