Now former employer wanted to threaten me for having to take a bus

Now former Employer, Volunteers of America Ohio and Indiana, decided to do something one would only hear of from Goodwill, threatened to make me “unhirable” in the company on my last day for having to leave five minutes early, something management knows i have to, to catch the first bus of three to get home. I already have a new job aligned ever since they messed with my schedule up a week ago, but can ya’ll believe the nerve? We only make 11 an hour, 90 cents above state minimum wage in Ohio. Employers should not act like this, or yell at employees for having to go home due to public transit.
