“Oh you had a panic attack at work? Here’s 10 shifts with no day off”

Yes I’m well aware that this breaks child labor laws however I was too afraid to report it because finding a new job isn’t easy where I live. I’m 17f and suffer from severe anxiety and panic disorder and shortly before school was over we had a week of exams and I was not supposed to work on exam days in order to not over stress myself. After the panic attack I worked 9 more days in a row without a day off and the last one of those was an 8 hour shift and I was mentally and physically exhausted. Those 10 days really affected my anxiety around work and now panic attacks are something I experience almost daily. I have another 8 today and I’m fucking dreading it, hopefully it’s not too bad.
