Ok honestly does anyone know WTF they’re doing?

Does any high management, CEO whatever honestly go to the stores they run and discuss, plan and collaborate with it's employees who actually run the store before you design ways to operate and perform certain duties? Like why do I have to collect and number everything so someone else can do inventory why can't I fucking do inventory while I'm collecting and counting everything in my department? Or tell me to organize something some way and everything can't fit because once again you've never been in the store, saw what you want me to do and then go “oh shit if we do that they'll fall over how bout I let the guy who works this station every single day organize it”
