On going situation. Meeting tomorrow morning. Any advice appreciated.

Sunday night I wrote an email, I'll post in comments, to my boss asking why I got written up and he responded with this. The email I sent prior explained why I should be in the clear for the write up. This has given me renewed focus on conducting a suitability review for your continued employment on our site. I have reached out to the client for his thoughts on the overnight Rover being in that conference room (away from the
fire monitoring System, CCTV, access control, and the Security office) for the majority of the night.

I have no issue with the pictures/videos as I was aware of the cameras leading to the conference room and there's really no way to avoid them anyways. I have a backpack that has some vitamins I take as well as the eyes drops for the Lasix surgery I recently underwent. Granted I do have my laptop in there but it doesn't get used. I do wear a non-work plain hoodie to work but take it off after I clock in once I get situated in the conference room, I DO NOT patrol the campus with it on. The lights are off cause I like the dark mainly as well as to reduce the strain from glares in the conference room, the room has a good amount of windows and we're by the interstate but besides that the lights are BRIGHT as hell.
I am in there for a good chunk of the night as I don't have alot to do and what I am assigned to do is done in a timely and efficient manner. He says I am away from various systems which is true but the systems are only 15 feet away from me and those systems are not my primary function as a Rover anyways. I have another co-worker who is solely here for those systems and I am supposed to receive him for his breaks. The 2nd paragraph makes me believe he is purposely trying to get me removed from the site for unknown purposes. I have been using the conference room for almost 2 years, why is this suddenly an issue and why does he feel the need to involve HIS BOSS for something that I had no issues with from any other supervisor. If I were to get fired, would this be justifiable for legal grounds?
