For context I work at the airport, there are 800 people on 3rd shift (my shift). One of the employees (Jake) fell asleep while working for a few minutes a manger sees him. This manger(Adam) went over yelling and screaming that he was fired. Jake said he’s not in charge of him so he won’t listen to him. Adam snapped at him and threw him to the ground and beat him so badly he went to the hospital. Adam’s reasoning was the employee tried to hit him first. The security footage says otherwise.
Since I’m leading our union organization I feel like I should do something. Is there anything I can do?
