One on one

Recently I (24f) had reported my manager (50sf) to HR regarding her completely degrading me & cussing at me (in front of two other coworkers. During business hours) over asking one of my co-workers to call a customer back (who had asked to speak to him), nothing was said to me about it from my manager but I know she had spoken to Hr about it. Fast forward a couple weeks and she is having “one on ones” with everyone regarding our “mental health”, which she proceeds to tell me that even though I do my work efficiently I do it too fast, which apparently makes my coworkers think I have too much downtime. So she then suggested I either slow down my task time or do other “busy work” like wipe down counters. I’m beginning to think she wants me to not do my tasks as fast & efficiently…

I’m beginning to think she wants me to not do my tasks as fast & efficiently I do currently so down the road she can say she fired me because I was deteriorating in my job role, or am I crazy??
