Hi everybody!
I don't know if it's just me, but I find it very frustrating working as a consultant.
Especially if it's a body shop type, you have at least two managers, one from the consultant company and the other from the client.
And both want you to deliver no matter the number of hours it takes, this without the hour bank that you have, but you never have time to take it.
You have to make the client happy, but most of the time, the benefits go to the employees, and your managers gain money from your work.
It's like slavery… I'm just pissed off.
