Ordered Donatos pizza tonight.
There wasn’t an option for delivery.
So we opted for pick up.
Pick up window was super busy.
Dude working the pick up window was our usual delivery driver.
Said hey man why no delivery tonight? He says what?
They turned off delivery for online orders. The delivery drivers at the store had no clue.
Wait time was 45 minutes to pick it up.
I showed up on time. Pizza was cold when I got it home. I live two minutes from this location.
Pizza could have been delivered sooner.
They don’t have enough employees to work the store so the benched the drivers.
